A summary report of revenue generated from Jobs (excluding Jobs with "New" or "Assigning" status).

• Estimated Revenue: Sourced from the Total Cost field of the Job.
• Actual Revenue: Sourced from the Invoices generated for the Job.
• Paid Revenue: Sourced from the Paid Invoices of the Job.

1.2.Estimated Monthly Revenue Report

A report on estimated monthly revenue per Job and the total projected profit for Jobs within the year.

Filters: Filter by Job creation date, Customer, or Job Status.

1.3.Summary report on Estimated Revenue

Estimated Revenue: Based on Job details.

Estimated Wages: Projected pay for temp staff based on Job details.

Estimated Profit: Projected profit margin based on Job details.

Filters: Filter by Job creation date, Customer, or Job Status.

1.4.Summary Report on Actual Revenue

A comprehensive report comparing planned vs. actual figures, including: Total Estimated Client Charges, Total Estimated Profit, Total Actual Client Charges, Total Actual Profit, and the Actual Margin Variance percentage.

Diff Margin % Formula: $(Actual Margin - Planned Margin) / Planned Margin$

Filters: Filter by Job creation date, Customer, or Job Status.

1.5.Summary Report Jobs and Assigned Temps

A summary report detailing Jobs and the temporary personnel assigned to them.

1.6.Summary Report Jobs and Timesheets

A summary report of timesheet data across various Jobs.

1.7.Summary Report Jobs and Assigned Temps Status

A summary report on the number of temporary staff assigned to specific job positions.

Example:

• On Jan 01, 2026, an employee is assigned to a field job (3 consecutive days, requiring 2 staff). The "No. of Required Shifts" column will display 6.
• If Employee A is assigned for all 3 days, the "No. of Scheduled Shifts" column will display 3. If Employee A is only assigned for 1 day, it will display 1.
